We have both zoho books and zoho commerce subscription. When there is unused credit it the customer name, natural expectation is that it should be reflected in zoho commerce, when the customer places the next order. Unfortunately this is not the case now. 

Each product cannot work independently. We subscribe for the ecosystem advantages.
