I was wondering something, we did the Zoho projects integration with Zoho Workdrive but nowhere during this integration we could set the location of the folders that would be automatically created in Workdrive.

 

As I understand it, it creates a Team, and the Teams are right under the teams folder. As we plan on having a lot of projects I kind of find it not very particle. We have a Team structure that look a little something like this.

 

We have our main company team and under it we have subfolders like clients, documentation, and others. What we would like to be able to do is to have that project folder in the proper client folder.

 

Is it possible to achieve this. Maybe with a custom function or something just that those Team folder created by projects have a little lock by the names and we are not allowed to do much with them in workdrive and don’t want to go on break something.
