Zoho Project API

I successfully got a ticket ID and Api key, However when I tried to send HttpPost to get user portals, I got the following
error:
      ...<error>
                  <code>6500</code>
                  <message>General error</message>
        </error>.....

Is there a problem with my paramaters?
