Zoho Project Chat & Call / Video Call

In Zoho Projects Chat there is an option to call or video call. When you use this instant message chat (little window) you can see the phone depicted in chat window. Im trying to make a call with no results. I have installed the Zoho audio & video plug in. I have set my browser (Chrome) to allow zoho site to use my computers michrophone. 

The person Im tryin to call has done the same steps. 

What should I do in order to make a call?
