Zoho looks great and something that I might implement at my company, but it doesn't look like there is an easy way to backup everything that goes on in all projects.
Is there a way to backup all the information? I don't even care if I can't restore it all, but just so that I have it all in some readable format for the future. This backup necessity is the only reason we haven't been using Google Apps for the last 2 years.
I believe you have great uptime, excellent security and backup policies, and financial stability, but I can't trust someone to backup for me. I have to be able to backup everything to my site locally and to regularly review that backup to ensure it works.
I've only tried the free version of this, and I would be using a premium version (for unlimited projects) but I'm not going to use any cloud app until I can back everything up every night.
It looks like the wiki can be backed up to a zip, and I like that. I can't find any information on backing up all the projects and all the data/activity. Is this an option? If not, when? I've been waiting on Google Apps to provide this for 2 years, and it's still in the forums as a "coming soon" feature.
