I am currently rolling ZOHO projects out for a team of 25 people. How can our team communicate with team members not tagged in tasks when questions come up?

In our old oroject management tool, we could @mention other people on the team to bring them into questions, ideas, problems, etc. is there a way to do this?

So far this feature seems to be missing in ZOHO projects and is one of the biggest concerns I have about making the switch. There are so many scenarios that play out in our office every day where one or two people may be assigned to a task but team members outside of the task need to be brought in. Following a task seems or adding followers to a task doesn't seem like a good enough solution. Also having a specific "inbox" for comments would be great. With so many alerts its easy to lose messages. is there a way to integrate with cliq or just get desktop notifications when comments are made in tasks.

Communication is key to good project management and the lack of support here seem like its really going to hold the product back.

Am I missing something?
