Here is a use case I run into often but have found the import functionality not working as expected

In Zoho projects, i have about 2,400 tasks for my project

I needed to update the status of about 800 of the tasks to mark them Closed

So i did a bulk export of the tasks.. updated the status and then used the import functionality to import all the tasks back

I made sure to include the Task ID and the Task Name in the import HOPING that the system would be smart enough to match the two up and UPDATE existing tasks

Nope. it created DUPLICATES for every task

Is there another way to UPDATE tasks through Imports? or is that functionality not supported?
