Using: Zoho One

In Zoho CRM I want to associate (and auto-populate) some fields in the Deals module automatically by the associated project in Zoho projects.

I did the field mapping and associated the fields that I wanted to auto populate in Deals (CRM). I expected this to work. However, it is doing nothing. Under Deals I do see a Zoho Projects Related List and this shows the related project (I can read the status, taks and milestones).

I looked up and worked through the whole field mapping help bit (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/integrations/zoho/zoho-projects/articles/configure-projects-crm-integration#Set_Permission_for_Zoho_CRM_users)

And basically did the whole thing. Although funny that I can't see the 'Permissions for CRM Users' window (may have to do that I am the sole user and have admin permissions anyway?)
