On Zoho Projects, we are unable to download multiple files at the same time. Downloading each file one by one takes too long. Please look into this. 

When we try to upload files to Zoho Projects from the cloud, we are only allowed to select 5 files at a time. This is extremely time-consuming and cumbersome. 

Please look into the above. The interface needs to be more user-friendly.
