ZOHO QUESTIONS BEFORE DECISION TO USE

Hi there,
Currently I'm testing ZOHO CRM. I'm the owner of a Manufacturers Representative Company based in The Netherlands, active in the Marine Industry. Since years I've been looking for the right piece of CRM software, and now... it seems that I've found it.

I'm testing out your "professional version currently, it looks great I must say! I've got some questions though, I'll list them down below and hope that you're able to answer these in the coming days.

1) Importing data
I imported 'CONTACTS' using a XLS file,which worked fine. As i imported this file into the tab 'CONTACTS" I also expected that it will only appear in this tab..But it also appears in 'CUSTOMERS". For this I have another file ready, cause customers are different group, as you also write in your product information. I will have to delete the CUSTOMERS, which is not a big deal, but before doing that I want to know if a) I'm not deleting the CONTACTS and b) If another CONTACT LIST is imported... does the same occur again? If so, it's getting a mess...

2) As I've got more then one SALES AGENCY; therefor I have to keep several "customer numbers" and use those during my communications with my principals. One of the large problems is that while talking to a customer (on the phone) you just don't know their specific customer number at that time. I'd like to add a possibility where I just open the specific number and from there can send resumes easlily to the internal sales for that specific discussion (like questions, and technical back-up)

3) I'm missing an explanation for some fields, ie. what does a specific field mean or what is the goal of it. Example; What are Quickbooks. Also some of the translations _into Dutch_ are strange, setting the system back into English it is clear then I must say...

4) MAIL
the system uses either outlook or iOS mail depending the OS one works with. I use both.. What I noticed is that a mail being sent is stored under the specific account or contact. this is great. But an answer on that mail will not be stored back under it. it will just remain in the e-mail software used. is there any possible way to change that apart from saving that mail to evernote or so. And from there to ZOHO. I was looking for it but can't find.
