Hello!

I am trying to configure Territories and tried testing the access permissions for one user (not an admin profile or role – the most basic/bottom profile and role) that is assigned to a certain Territory (ex. Spain).

However, even though their list of territories only shows Spain (See screenshot), they are still able to access records that did not belong to their Territory (ex. Records belonging to the Territory of Belgium).

How do I prevent this? How do I make it so they can only see records from their own Territory and not others?

How do I hide the option to view "Other Territories" or "All Territories"?
