I've been very patient. I contacted Zoho to explain the additional charges that were present in my bank statement. My message did not demand any refund, it kindly requested that Zoho explain the multiple unexplained charges. Because of this I have removed my bank records from the mail website.
Zoho has refused to answer. It has refused to explain the charges. Please bear in mind that my official bank statement has Zoho Corp in its records. My bank has suggested that I report Zoho to their fraud department which I have no choice but to do so.
I didn't ask for a refund. I was very kind in my email. I only asked that the charges be explained and Zoho has failed to do so. It has failed to reply to my support mail. It has failed to reply with the web contact form.
Why can't Zoho Corp explain the transactions. I'm posting this in the forum to obtain additional records that I've tried everything to reach Zoho for an explanation and failed.
