Has anyone else experienced the following problem? We have integrated Zoho webforms into our website so that all leads are collected directly into the Zoho CRM database. The forms have the Zoho captcha on them however it does not seem to work against spam bots that run over the internet. We are receiving between 10 & 20 spam web leads coming into our CRM database a day and it is a real problem. Zoho support suggested two possible solutions:
1. Set an approval process for all web leads (which completely defies the reason as to why we wanted integrated web forms in the first place, so I don't have to have someone review each lead before it is updated in the database.
2. Set a unique field which I have done but it doesn't seem to have made much difference.
I would love to know how other's have resolved this issue because I am extremely frustrated with Zoho's attitude towards improving either their web form security or use of Captcha to eliminate these spam web leads. I use HubSpot with another company I work for and we do not have this problem.
