Zoho rejecting email sent to my domain

Hi,

We're having problems with Zoho mail. We own the domain @mindthegraph.com, which is configured in Zoho mail. Also, we use Gmail to send/receive emails, and everything works like a charm, with authentication and SSL.

But we're having problems with email that aren't being delivered to Zoho, and as we do not have any logs, we can't investigate the issue. And what is worst, we dot not know how many emails we already lost.

Here's a return mail from the person who tried to sent us an email:

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the relay smtp.zoho.com [165.254.168.48].

The error that the other server returned was:
535 Authentication Failed
 (SMTP AUTH failed with the remote server)


Could you investigate this for us?
