URGENT!

i set a reminder for every morning at 10:00 for an email, somehow, the original email got lost and i cant disable the reminder 

Customers are getting pissed at me, i dont know what else to do

contacted your support, their only answer was to find the original email :|
any ideas?

i deleted all "sent mails" folder, what else should i do??
