Zoho Removed 66% of Screen "Real Estate" at the flip of a switch

Adding my 2 cents for this terrible UI/UX roll out of the new Tasks/Calls/Meetings section.

This "new and improved" task layout splits the standard layout into 3 columns but the layout is not responsive.

  1. I can now only see 2 full tasks instead of previously 10.
  2. If I add additional fields then I'll only see 1 full task. All others I need to scroll
  3. If many tasks exist you don't even know because you have to hover over the area to see the scroll bar

I never understand how stuff like this gets past QA.
