Well as much as I think Zoho is a great product but it lacks in a few areas:
1. Support (I have submitted questions many times now and may get one response in 5 days)
* Major disappointment
2. No one can tell me if Zoho mail has domain level filtering
3. Calendar cannot sync with iPhone (even though this has been in their plans since 2008)
* Major disappointment
4. Unable to determine if you can have a customized login screen (business accounts)
I love the abilities of Zoho but unfortunately the calendar and domain filter is the deal breakers....
Well the biggest deal break is support. The lack of support does not provide confidence in the product.
Can anyone answer #2,3 and 4???
