Zoho replies to customers twice.
Not only will it post a reply twice, there is no copy left in the sent folder. There are 2 copies in zoho that sometimes the customer doesn't even get. The copy will disappear right while I am in the conversation list?!
What are the specific steps to fix this in zoho? I think this will solve my mymail client problem. If Imap is not the proper configuration, then what is?
This is a critical issue and need help fast.
