Zoho Reports

I think your product has great features. However, I must say I am very frustrated because I can't seem to create a report that shows EVERYTHING I have done with a lead. I can't get one report to include: the lead's company name, and the dates of all tasks, all events, and all emails.

I have been trying to report my activities back to my company and just can't get the reports I need.

Despite your good value, I am thinking I may need to switch. Would upgrading the CRM help, or can your product simply not handle this?
