Zoho Reports - New features rolled out on May 14 2013

Zoho Reports now provides an option to export views available in a folder as PDF. Previously when you want to export selected views, entire view in a database will be listed and you need the selected the required reports. Now you can maintain the reports in a folder and export the folder. For example, if you have a Sales database, where you have categorized your reports into folders such as sales analysis, cost analysis and so on, you will be able to export all the reports in Sales Analysis folder using this feature. You can also exclude views if needed.

To export a folder:

1. Click the Action icon, which appears on mouse over, in the Explorer tab and the navigation bar.

2. In the menu that opens select Export Folder as PDF.

3. Customize the export setting and then click Export.

You can also email or schedule email these reports.

Now Zoho reports also provides support to export data as XLSX file.
