Zoho reports stoped working - cannot access reports or dashboard
Hi
I have sent various support requests relating to my zoho reports issue without response. The support number is always busy and thus hope that I would be able to get some help here.
All my zoho tables, queries, charts and dashboards were working until the past Monday when I imported new data. I am unable to view the reports, dashboards and query tables of some of thecreated reports. All I get is a processing message which hangs even if I close the tab. After a while I get the message that the server is busy. I have not been able to access the reports in the last 2 days and since the zoho support is lacking I am stuck in a situtation where business intelligence has suddenly evolved into bussiness unintelligence and I am left in the dark without a solution.
I am not sure what the problem is as everything was working just a few days ago and now its quite useless for me to update a report which I cannot access
