we are using Zoho Reports with data from Zoho desk.  I am trying to create a dashboard that will show me the total time from the TIME ENTRY data per account.  I see you have several resolution time or calculations that are for calculating time between ticket open and ticket close but I am looking to find out how much time we spent on each ticket or per account.
