Zoho ResearchStudio Shutdown Notice

Hi ResearchStudio fam,
 
We are writing to inform you that Zoho ResearchStudio will be discontinued from Oct 5, 2026.

Thank you for being a part of our journey and for trusting us with your qualitative research work.
 
What this means for your data: 
  1. Your Project Admin can download your ResearchStudio data until Nov 4, 2026.
  2. After this date, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
How to download your data: 
  1. Open the relevant project in Zoho ResearchStudio.
  2. Select the entity you want to export. (Study Data, Tags, Notes, Charts, Highlights, Insights, or Reports)
  3. Click the Download icon.
Note: Only Project Admins can download project data. If you're a non-admin user, please contact your project's admin to download your data.
