I'm using the free version of Zoho and I keep getting this error message when I try to add a candidate through Zoho Resume Extractor.

Before that I also started getting an error that looks like this:

Please let me know if there is any way to fix this. I was interested in purchasing the non-free version later on, but I keep getting these errors while I'm using the Resume Extractor. It's very important for me that it works.
