Zoho Rports with Zoho Desk report help

Hello,

I am using Zoho Desk and the data has been pulled into Zoho Reports.  I'm trying to create a specific report that shows the number of tickets by Agent that have been closed per day against total number of unresolved tickets.  Though I can get to show the resolved total on a daily basis the total unresolved shows 0.  I'm guessing that the user filter has been set to completed time as "yesterday".  I'm sure there is a way to show tickets that have been closed against number of outstanding.  Please could you advise?
