Zoho SalesIQ users see different visitors online (?)

Hi all

Just implemented the Zoho salesIQ

Wanted to know about a thing

When the social media manager login to the salesiq she see less online users then i am

what is the reason and why she can't see the data from IL and MX and i do?

WE DID Refresh the page a few times, we wait but still she can't see what i can

(she is in the same operators list)
