Zoho sending to old email server

Zoho sending to old email server

A client changed their email server on Monday, about 72 hours ago. However they are not receiving emails that I send from my Zoho based email. When I send from my personal account hosted by Yahoo, it works just fine. Their admin said that the problem seems to be that Zoho has not refreshed their MX listings and therefore are sending to the old server.

How often do these refreshes happen? Can I request a manual update? Do you need to know the domain name affected?
