Zoho sending to old email server
A client changed their email server on Monday. I am able to send email to that account from my personal Yahoo email account with no problems. However, if I send email from my Zoho hosted email account, it goes to the old email server and not the new one.
I email the host admin of the new email server and he said it appears that Zoho has not updated their MX database and are still sending to the old server. He said Zoho would have to refresh the server list and that should clear up the problem and that generally that takes about 24 hours. It has been over 72 and Zoho is still sending to the wrong server.
When is this next refresh supposed to take place? Can you do it manually so I can communicate to my client with my email hosted at Zoho rather than my personal account?
