Our mails are bouncing back form a particular organisation. Their IT department pointed us at this link showing that a Zoho IP address is blacklisted at borderware.com

I've started the delisting process (no response as yet), but has anyone had any experience with Zoho being blacklisted, and the steps to resolve?
