The joys of Zoho!

Many parts of our system seem to be down at the moment and I'm unable to get in contact with Zoho CRM Support

- No answer on chat

- Support phone line does not even ring

For the last couple of hours, none of my users are able to 

- Send quotes

- Perform mail merges

- Print email template pdfs

- Use custom buttons that integrate with Zoho finance

- Use custom buttons within Zoho Finance that connect with 3rd party systems.

- and I'm sure there are other issues I've not heard about!

I've checked status.zoho.com and it says everything is operational but it's definitely not the case for our instance!

Wondering if support know of any issues or other people are having similar issues.

The one operating system for business is great until it goes down and cripples your company!!
