Zoho Sheet is not getting opened

I am not able to open Zoho sheet or docs. (Tried from Chrome and IE)

I am trying for last two days.

I am located in Europe . Is this the reason sheet is blocked.

Any change in user policy .??

Is this downtime for Zoho Docs. ??
