Zoho Sheet View Not Updating back to Zoho CRM

I'm trying to clean up our database some and "sync" some information between Zoho and our ERP system manually (no API's currently being used). When I save the sheet and then refresh Zoho CRM none of the changes are coming over. I've waited as long as 10 minutes in case of any delay.

What am I missing?
