It is very handy for me to allow users to utilize the Sheets button when they need to copy and paste data into CRM from Excel. That is easy for users. Instead of trying to learn how to import.
One problem we are running into, is that any lookup fields do not show up on Sheets. So when we add new rows, they are inserted to CRM with all the lookup fields NULL.
That is a pain.
But what makes it even *worse* is that the Mass Update feature, does not allow for updating Lookup fields.
So if I import a couple hundred records through the Sheets, I then have to manually go in and change each lookup field. (Actually I would never do that, I would just Import). But for my users that is a problem.
Would it be possible to add Lookup fields to either the Sheets or Mass Update feature?
