Zoho Sheets working offline

Zoho Sheets working offline

Hi, 

I am looking for the ability to work offline in Zoho Sheets, but currently I cannot find the process to complete this.  Does someone have any ideas or steps I might have missed? 

Also does Zoho Sheets have the "Format as Tables" function as is currently in MS Excel 2016??  Many thanks.
