Zoho Show fails to load

Hi,

We're currently having issues with Zoho Show opening documents (Zoho Sheet and Writer both work fine). Upon attempting to open any ppt document, Zoho Show fails to load and displays no error, just a blank screen. Are there any known/common causes to this issue?
