I have recently sent an email from Zoho to the Head of Finance at one of our customers.
When subsequently talking to him he asked what email software I was using as he thought it looked unprofessional.
He saw From: stevem1959@zoho.com [mailto:stevem1959@zoho.com] On Behalf Of Steve Matthews Utility Matters
Why does the client see otherwise? I have to agree that it looks very unprofessional, is there a way I can stop this happening?
Does this happen with emails from ZOHO CRM as we pay for that.
