Zoho Sign has Picklist type field where values can be added on the fly

Zoho Sign has a field (Document Type and Folder fields) that behaves like a picklist to the user, however there is a plus button next to it where new picklist values can be added on the fly.
Was wondering how soon that field type will come to Zoho CRM?
