Hello,
Apple has kept people on the edge of their seats, dropping back-to-back announcements in recent weeks. Allow us to keep the euphoria running by adding our own fuel to the mix. With iOS 13 coming out, an enhanced and sleek digital signing experience awaits you in the updated Zoho Sign app!
A big upgrade over previous editions, Zoho Sign in iOS 13 offers a host of new features that add automation and multi-tasking capabilities, making everything much more convenient for you. This allows users to leverage the present mobile-driven technologies to save on time and resources while conducting business on the go. Here's a quick preview of the updates:
Conversational Siri Shortcuts
With iOS 13, you can go truly hands-free using Zoho Sign. Set up conversational Siri Shortcuts that help you automatically fill in information and sign documents sent to you, assign them to someone else, or even decline them using just voice commands.
Document Scanning
Have printed copies of agreements/forms you need to sign or collect signatures on? Go paperless! The Zoho Sign app now lets you scan the hard copies using your iPhone/iPad camera and store them as documents that can be digitally signed.
Dark Mode
Prefer working with a darker background? With iOS 13, Zoho Sign allows you to switch to dark mode, which offers a pleasant viewing experience that's easier on the eyes when managing long lists of business paperwork or setting up digital signature workflows.
Context Menus
Want to send a quick reminder to signers or email/recall a document? You no longer need to open the Zoho Sign app to do that. You can now perform these operations quickly from context menus that can be opened anytime using custom gestures or 3D touch.
Multiple Windows
Want to view multiple Zoho Sign documents in one screen? With iOS 13, you can open other Zoho Sign documents in parallel for quick reference or comparison while signing a document.
Create e-signature using PencilKit
In iOS13, Zoho Sign lets you create your e-signature using PencilKit if you don't want to use the app's built-in signature wizard.
Sign in with Apple
Looking for a speedy, secure, and privacy-friendly way to sign in to the Zoho Sign app? iOS 13 lets you set up your Zoho Sign account with your Apple ID and use Face ID/Touch ID to sign in.
Feeling pumped to try these features out? Update your Zoho Sign app to the latest version available on the AppStore to start using them. If you haven't been using the Zoho Sign app on iOS, you can download it by clicking the button below.
