Zoho Sign - Receiving Error when attempting to retrieve completion certificate - {"code":9039,"message":"Unable to process your request","status":"failure"}
I am receiving the below error when attempting to retrieve the completion certificate for signed and returned documents:
{"code":9039,"message":"Unable to process your request","status":"failure"}
We recently permanently deleted an account that had created some templates in zoho sign, however the ownership of the templates was transferred to the super admin. This error is only occurring for some documents as well. I have created entirely new templates to test and see if that is the issue, and I am still unable to retrieve the completion certificate.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
