Zoho Sites limit exceeded - without any sites at all?

What is this:

I just - for the first time ever - clicked on "Zoho Sites" and it is telling me that I have"exceeded the allowed number of free sites and I should pay whatever $ if I wanted another one"

I don't have any Zoho Sites - and I am probably not getting one anyway - but what the hell does this mean? Is this how Zoho works - full of bugs?

Btw: I just got an email from Zoho welcoming me to Zoho Sites ???

May I politely ask you to sort this out and answer the question: why is Sites telling me that I have exceeded my limit?
