ZOHO SITES | ZOHO DESK WEB FORMS CAPTCHA

Good day Zoho Team!

I have a concern regarding the Captcha from Zoho Desk Web Forms to Zoho Sites.

Please see the image below: 
 When our contact us page loads (built using Zoho Sites), the captcha image is broken, visitor needs to click the refresh button to be able to see the Captcha.



But when I tested in local, the Captcha image is not broken when the page loads in localhost. No need to click the refresh button to be able to see the Captcha.
