Does anyone know if I can automatically dial telephone numbers direct from Zoho using my Skype account? At the moment when I select a phone number from Zoho it opens my Skype screen but does not automatically dial or populate the Skype screen with the telephone number I clicked on so I have to copy and paste from Zoho manually.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
