ZOHO SMTP on AWS

I have hosting in Amazon EC2 and got free Email from ZOHO, Need to use SMTP, How to add zoho smtp details in aws?

smtp.zoho.com should be added as CNAME for smtp.mydomain.com ?

Am not sure about smtp, please suggest the right way to add it in server.
