Zoho Staff Response

I am very disappointed that the staff of Zoho don't respond to many of the posting.I myself wouldl ike to push this program to the limit and be a multi user paid subscriber. So many questions and requests with no feedback from the Zoho Staff. I understand this is an open forum where we can get answers from other users, but is there a moderator on board. There are less than a dozen of questions a day and most are unresolved
