I'm not sure how many paying users zoho has, but I own a couple of accounts and keep hanging on hoping that they will get their act together.  Unfortunately, having tried to contact zoho's HQ, Austin Office, Forum, help desk, third party training companies, etc. I have come to one solution.  Zoho is not ready to be a sold product.  It is still a beta.

Its a good idea, but they need a sales person that can show them how to use a crm to aid in sales.  Clumsy, not intuitive, and with gaping holes in the sales flow zoho is definitely the booby prize.  Zoho was obviously yet another program put together by programmers that have never done sales and didn't ask for any sales input.  When I asked the local office for training they said they could do it for $100/hour.  For the price of training I could just go buy the annual subscription to Sales Force.  They are jerks for demanding upfront annual payment, but they apparently have a solution that works.

Even sugar CRM has free webinars you can attend for training.  (really zoho - you cheap jerks.  I hear my Indian friends making fun of their countrymen for being cheap, but this is ridiculous.  You are getting beat by free open source software).

Zoho you let us down.  Please pull out of the US market and tell the next guy in line the world is ready for a reasonably priced CRM that WORKS.

Final statement - stop advertising.  I don't mind you wasting your money.  But don't waste other peoples time by telling them you have a solution when you don't.
