Zoho Sucks!

There was an wow expression in my face when I first met Zoho. I was completely convinced with their offering and opened an account for my startup. I was so pleased because they offered all of their excellent services for free, at least as a startup founder it was really a blessing for me. I have tweeted about my satisfaction and also shared my experience with the world through Facebook and other social media channels.

I spend two weeks to setup all of the services for my business. During the setup process I have faced several issues and service instabilities. I have contacted their support and they are really extremely slow in response. The most surprising fact was they close tickets or stop responding if they are unable to resolve them. Even some of my tickets never got a reply. One of the worst thing about their service is their mail server. It does not receive emails from Gmail, and it is a know issue of Zoho for years (give Google a try). Can  you believe this?

The only good thing I found of them is they allow criticism, that's why you can see the feedback. But this does not improve service quality and reliability. Good bye Zoho. Best of luck for your business. :-)
