Yesterday, I tried to login to view
My Requests at
https://help.zoho.com/portal/signin#myarea, but the portal did not recognize my registered ZOHO email address or password. My "renew password" request failed with the error message,
No such user. I am, in fact, "the" primary administrative user for our ZOHO account. I then submitted an email to '
support@zohocrm.com'. I've yet to receive a confirmation or a response. What kind of support organization is this?
