I've been submitting a few tickets through the portal at
https://help.zoho.com/portal/newticket to which I got replies. There are a few which I'd like to check onto, and/or follow-up directly on the web rather than waiting for the email to come across.
On the support portal there's a link "My Requests" which sends to a login page. I tried there with my Zoho CRM credentials but it kept tell me invalid username. I then tried to recover the user's password, and the page told that the username is not found.
I couldn't find a link to sign-up on the Zoho support portal either either. Yesterday I was told that in order to access my tickets I would need to sign up for the Zoho Help Enterprise. Which doesn't make much sense to me -- I'm just trying to access my ticket history. Is this possible? If yes what should I do?
