Zoho Support DOESN'T REALLY CARE
we have reported a couple of go live issues 2 weeks a go and escalated to the Regional Account Manager "Mark D'cruz", is this the normal support level for professional License? we're anticipating to add30-40 more users in 3 months but we can't make this suggestion to our managements with this level of support.
