ZOHO SUPPORT INTEGRATION

We are seeking to implement ZOHO SUPPORT for one of our web design clients. We aim to develop the website in Wordpress. They sell mobile phones and install mobile commerce software on the phones.

Please see the attached document which has the initial suggested work flow. I am in discussions to see how this can be further simplified but implemented as best as possible.

Possible offers welcome for this integration. If you are good with web design, I might be able to consider your doing the full website and the integration from scratch. It might be good to be able to do invoicing through this also. I will like to know the recommended Zoho Support package that will be suitable with this.
